The Intervals Companion app functions as a supplementary tool rather than a complete substitute for <a href="https://intervals.icu">Intervals.icu</a>, offering users enhanced insights into their fitness, fatigue, and form. Through configurable widgets for desktop and mobile devices, along with dedicated Apple Watch faces, the app aims to provide a user-friendly experience.

These widgets facilitate quick access to recent fitness data, continuously updating in the background. Users receive silent notifications that prompt updates when new activities or wellness information are added to Intervals.icu. To fully utilize automatic updates, it is advisable to enable Background App Refresh and Notifications within device settings.
